Sending an Encrypted Email
To send an encrypted email the subject of the email must contain the word SECURE. The word secure can be upper or lower case and at the beginning or end of your subject line. On the Subject Line type in the word secure along with the contents of your message then click the Send button
Receiving an encrypted message
Your recipient will receive an email with an attachment. They will need to open up the message.html
Select Open the Attachment
The Attachment will give you two options. You can sign in using your City of Grapevine Email address and password, or you can request a one-time passcode.
One-Time Passcode
Select one-time passcode and you will receive an email from Office 365 with a passcode
Type in the passcode or copy/paste passcode and click continue to view the message.
You can then view and reply as you would a normal message.
Signing in to get your message
You can sign in using your username@grapevinetexas.gov username and the password you us to log into your computer. Either link below should work and will bring up the next screen where either link should work as well.
You can then view and reply as you would a normal message.
